- Beef - 500 Grams
- Beans - 200-300 Grams
- Garlic - 4 Teeth
- Onions - 1 Piece
- Wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh herbs - 1 piece
- Seasonings - - To taste (salt, a mixture of peppers, oregano, grated ginger, basil and all that is to the meat.)
- Chile pepper - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 Art. spoons
We take a skillet. Add the oils, and put: finely chopped garlic, chili pepper (without seeds). Fry over medium heat for a couple of minutes. Add the vinegar and onion, continue to fry. Then in the pan add meat, chopped with medium pieces and fry for a couple of minutes on high heat. Beans boil. It should be necessarily prepared in advance - soaked for several hours in salted water. In the meat should be added all the available seasonings, mix, make slow fire, add beans. Mix again. Fry about 10 minutes. Ready beef with beans sprinkled with fresh herbs and add (already in a bowl) of fresh vegetables. Done!
