Preparation

  1. In a saucepan pour water, put on the fire and bring to a boil;
  2. Remove the pan from the fire, wait until the water temperature drops to that mark, so as not to burn yourself. After that, pour in a glass of apple cider vinegar and leave the mixture for about a quarter of an hour or until the water is medium warm;
  3. Now you need to cleanse the skin of dead skin. Using a brush under a warm shower, wipe the skin in the areas where you will wrap;
  4. Soak the skin so that it remains slightly damp;
  5. Dip the bandage into the resulting warm solution. Once the bandage is impregnated with the solution completely, it should be tightly wrapped around the foot. Bandages will help create the right pressure, which helps to remove excess moisture from the body;
  6. Repeat the steps for the next bandage until the entire body is wrapped;
  7. Lie down on the bed and tighten up in a thermal blanket. After that, relax and lie quietly for half an hour, maximum - an hour. This time should be enough to penetrate apple cider vinegar into the skin;
  8. Remove all bandages and stand a little under a warm shower to wash away the remnants of the mixture.
