Ingredients:

• Beets 300 g
• Cheese hard 100 g
• Garlic 2 cloves
• Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
• Salt 2 g

Instructions

• Step 1 To prepare a salad with beet and cheese we need pre-boiled beets, cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, salt.
• Step 2 Stir the mayonnaise with the garlic passed through the press.
• Step 3 Grate the cheese on a grater with large holes.
• Step 4 Cut the cooked beetroot and grate it with large holes.
• Step 5 Mix beetroot, cheese, mayonnaise with garlic.
• Step 6 Salt if necessary.
