Cutlets from peas and vegetables As a part of the recipe there is pea flour, you can make it yourself if there is a mill or buy pea flakes from the store and grind it in a mortar or coffee grinder. In any case, you will get the product thanks to which, the dish acquires a gentle consistency and interesting taste. With a variety of vegetables you can experiment on your own, for your taste and the season of the year, but in my opinion it is necessary to leave tomato and greens, they arrange all the flavoring accents.
Ingredients:- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 50 ml
- Soda 1 tsp.
- Water 75 ml
- Mixture of hops-suneli 1 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Parsley fresh 1 bunch
- Tomatoes 1 pc.
- Pumpkin 50 g
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Potatoes 2 pcs.
- Sour cream 5 tbsp. l.
- Pea flakes 75 g
- Wheat Flour 150 g
- Turmeric 5 g
- Step 1 To prepare cutlets you need vegetable or melted butter, wheat flour, pea flakes, sour cream, water, salt, soda, a mixture of spices, greens and any vegetables, for example, tomato, carrots, pumpkin, potatoes.
- Step 2 Grind peas in a mill or in a coffee grinder (if the coffee grinder allows you to do this, see the instructions).
- Step 3 Cut the tomatoes into cubes, grate the potatoes and carrots on a fine grater, and grate the pumpkin on a large grater. Or as you like.
- Step 4 Mix the pea flour, wheat flour, soda, salt and a mixture of spices.
- Step 5 Add sour cream and water (or kefir). To mix, the consistency should be received more sensually, than sour cream.
- Step 6 Add the vegetables and greens, mix.
- Step 7 If you want to add turmeric, then the cutlets will be mouth-watering yellow.
- Step 8 Heat the frying pan with butter and pour over the dining room or more of the dough, frying on both sides until golden brown.
- Step 9 Serve hot with sour cream.
