But the professional qualities of this so-called mother leave much to be desired, she strives to become a gray cardinal in the circle of colleagues and superiors. Her favorite tricks are gossip, making an intolerable atmosphere among her colleagues. She loves to tell a secret that the victim is not herself, and in every act she is looking for strangeness.

Once in such a situation as a mobbing, do not be silent and pretend that nothing happens. In doing so, you show that you allow, this is how you treat your personality. Even if the mobberto bothers to chase you and they switch to another victim, you will not be able to get rid of the feeling that you were simply humiliated and trampled for a long time. This is at best. In the worst case scenario, the effects of mobbing and bullying primarily affect your health and mental state. Depending on the rigidity, the duration of this impact and the degree to which you are psychologically stable, you can suffer from various psychological and physical disorders: from sleeping problems to nervous breakdowns, from irritation to depression.
