A beautiful belly: five steps to success

A flat and tucked up belly is the dream of any woman. But the way to achieve it is often fraught with difficulties: pregnancy and childbirth, malaise, stress, poor nutrition and lack of physical activity are factors that can become a serious obstacle. Do not start fighting with flabbiness through exhausting diets and hours of training - at first it's enough to perform five simple rules.

Step one is a balanced diet. More vegetables, fish and meat dishes, lactic acid foods and nuts - less flour products, carbonated beverages, salt and sauces.

Step two is the control of negative thoughts and emotions. Nervous activity of the organism has the property to reflect on the digestive system and suppress its functions.

Step three - the correct breathing and even posture. Straight back, even and deep breaths support the spine and strengthen the muscles of the press.
