- Oatmeal - 2 Cups
- Nuts - 1 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/3 Cups
- Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ground ginger - 1/4 Teaspoons
- Nutmeg - 1/8 Teaspoons
- Carnation powder - 1/8 Teaspoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Milk - 2.5 cups
- Butter - 2 Art. spoons
- Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 piece
Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, chopped nuts, salt and spices (cloves, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon). In a separate bowl we mix butter, milk, egg and vanilla essence. Stir the liquid mixture dry. The resulting mixture is put into a baking dish, lightly greased with butter. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 175 degrees. We remove the porridge from the oven and put it in portions. In each plate I recommend to pour a little milk or yogurt, and also add some bananas. Breakfast is ready!
