Cooking:
1. Wash cucumbers, dry, peel, cut into small cubes. 2. Peel the garlic, pass through the press. Dill, mint, basil, sort, rinse, dry and grind. Green onions are also sorted, rinsed and finely chopped. 3. Cucumber, greens, garlic mixed, salt and pepper to taste. Pour the natural yoghurt and beat up a little. After putting in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. 4. Pour the cooled cocktail into kremanki or high glasses and sprinkle it abundantly with wheat crumbs.

Eggplant with vegetables

- 4 eggplant
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 4 pods of sweet pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 medium bulbs

Cooking:
1. The eggplant should be washed, peeled and cut in half. Fry until golden brown. 2. Wash vegetables, cut into cubes, fry in oil. Add the spices, chopped garlic. Fry, stirring, for about 5 minutes. 3. Eggplants filled with vegetables, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5 minutes at 180 °. Before serving, decorate with parsley.
Soup with chicken fillet and beans
- 500-700 g of chicken fillet
- 1 cup of beans
- 1 Bulgarian pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 yolk
- 150 g of flour
- condiments
- parsley or dill
- vegetable oil
Cooking:
1. Beans soak in cold water for several hours to make it swell. Brew it until ready, discarded in a colander. 2. Chicken fillet wash, pour cold water and boil until cooked (about 20-30 minutes). 3. Cut chicken into small pieces. Broth the broth and put it on the fire again. After boiling, add meat, sliced and fried in oil carrots, peppers and onions. Season to taste. 4. From the egg yolk and sifted flour knead the dough, roll out and cut into strips. Add to the soup. After boiling, sprinkle finely chopped herbs, remove from heat and cover with a lid. Cooking time: 70 min.
Rolls with poppy seeds
For the test:
- 0.5 liters of milk
- 1.5 cups of sugar
- 50 g yeast
- 10 glasses of flour
- 250 g of margarine
- 7 eggs
For filling:
- 300 g poppy
- 1 cup of sugar
Cooking:
1. In 1.5 cups of flour pour in hot milk and grind well, allow to cool (slightly hotter than room temperature). 2. Add the yeast and stir again well. Gradually introduce 0.5 cups of sugar. 3. Put the lamb in a warm place to come up. Eggs beat up with the remaining sugar and put into the dough. Add the melted margarine, the remaining sifted flour. Knead the dough and leave to come. 4. Poppy pour boiling water for 15 minutes, strain through gauze, crush with a glass of sugar. 5. Divide the dough into slices, put a poppy in each, fill the edges and bake until ready.

On a note
■ Homemade mustard
Dry mustard (about 150 g) should be poured with boiling water. Stir well so that there are no lumps, and the gruel was of a uniform consistency. Cool it down. Then add about 400 ml of boiling water. Season to taste: add salt, ground black pepper, chopped parsley root and cloves. Cool again and put in a dark cold place for a day.
■ To make a biscuit a success
Prepared dough should be evenly distributed on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. It is desirable that the thickness of the dough is not less than 1 cm and not more than 1.5 cm.
