- Alexei, why did you decide to leave amateur sports?
I planned to once again feel in the Olympics, in 2012. For this purpose, I was specifically operated on the thigh. Now it's iron. But then I realized that riding with him at games of this high level is not worth it. Although it became easier to live after the operation - the leg does not hurt. And before I could not even move normally. But, skating now, I understand that I will not be able to reach the proper level. Therefore, alas, I refused the idea to participate in the nearest Olympiad.
- What will you do now?
I'm still in demand in my profession, but I want to try myself in a different capacity. I already sang twice with Victoria Dayneko. The year before last I wrote a book, and in the summer I played in the play of the Satire Theater "The President's Vacation" together with Oscar Kuchera. He starred in the television series My Hot Ice. Then he worked in the 8-series film, where he played a naval officer, and in the film about. World War II, I had an episode. Filmography while small, but with something, you need to start! Therefore, I will delight the audience with my skating, not forgetting about other theater and stage projects.
Which sphere is closest to you?
Cinema. In the theater, it is much more difficult to play - there is no second take. In the movie, as on the ice, mini-plays are created, and reincarnation takes place. And if I had to change my profession, I would have chosen cinema.
- They say you can fly a plane.
It's true. Once I was offered to sit at the helm. I agreed! And the whole two days flying! This is an exciting experience. In this case, I do not like extreme. For example, I will not jump with a parachute.

I never went to such sites - I do not want to waste precious time on nonsense!
Many people say that they communicate with me on these sites, but I'm not even registered there. I communicate with my friends without the help of the Internet. I'm a sociable person.
- Are you an optimist?
Yes! I look at life positively! And when I feel bad, I go up to the mirror and smile at myself or listen to music that raises the mood.
- Alexey, you wrote an autobiography. What are you ready to go to achieve the goal?
In life, you can do absolutely everything. The main thing is not to step over the generally accepted norms of morality. In life, you need to go through the whole test - nothing is so easy to give. A person has always his own cherished goal. And he must go to her. In general, if you do not be rested - no one will. So you will be faceless.
- In the book you write that before you are forty, do not marry.
I am 29 years old. I'm still young to take this serious step. Maybe I'll think about getting married for 35 years. Children are not ready to nurse until it is ready - this is a big responsibility, and I am constantly on tour.
I am not a supporter of marriages - the sublimity of feelings is not determined by the stamp in the passport. If the lovers are well together, the registration of marriage is a formality. And if I have a child, I do not consider this an occasion for marriage.
- Do you agree that relations are checked by time?
Yes. If we talk about relationships with girls - now I'm alone. We did not part with any of them enemies. I like smart women, take off interesting communication. But if a girl does not attract me sexually, I can not live with her. We can only be friends.
