1. Peel the apples and finely chop. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes with 3 teaspoons of melted butter, 1 teaspoon brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix together until the potatoes are well coated with the mixture. 2. Lay the potatoes on a baking sheet with a silicone mat. Cover freely with foil and bake for 20 minutes, until cooked. Make a mash and set aside. 3.
