- Flour - 230 Grams
- Sugar - 80 Grams
- Vanilla Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Margarine - 120 Grams
- Egg yolks - 2 pieces
- Lemon peel - 3/4 Teaspoons
Sift flour and sugar in a large bowl. Add margarine, egg yolks and lemon zest. With a fork, grind the mixture into crumbly crumbs. Hand mesim dough, we form a ball of it. We roll the dough into sausage, cut into pieces about 1 cm thick. We put it on a baking tray, covered with parchment, and bake for 10 minutes at 175 degrees. Ready cookies are served for tea.
