Apple dessert This dessert will appeal to apple lovers! A fried crust of beer batter on cornmeal and starch, with a spicy note of cinnamon, conceals in itself a soft, tender apple ring! Taste of beer, of course, in the finished dessert is not felt, but there is an inexpressible aroma. Apples should be taken with firm, with not loose structure!
Ingredients:- Apple 8 pcs.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp.
- Flour, corn 150 g
- Potato starch 150g
- Beer light 250 ml
- Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 50 ml
- Step 1 Prepare the necessary ingredients: apples, sugar, corn flour, potato starch, cinnamon, eggs, light beer, refined oil.
- Step 2 Pour into a deep bowl of starch, corn flour, sugar and cinnamon.
- Step 3 Stir.
- Step 4 Add the two yolks and stir.
- Step 5 Pour in the beer and knead the dough to create a consistency of dough like pancakes.
- Step 6 Add the refined oil to the claret and leave it for 30 minutes without mixing, at room temperature.
- Step 7 Peel the apples and remove the core with a special knife, cut into rings by 1 cm.
- Step 8 Whisk not much protein and mix them in the batter.
- Step 9 Cut the apple rings into the batter and fry them on both sides in a heated frying pan in refined oil until a golden crust appears.
- Step 10 Serve for dessert, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
