Ingredients:- French loaf of 0.5 piece.

- Butter 50 g
- Step 1 For the preparation of cheese toasts we need such products: a loaf, hard cheese, egg yolk, light beer, salt, red pepper, butter, dill.

- Step 6 And immediately add the yolk.
- Step 7 Warm it over medium heat, stirring the cheese mixture all the time with a whisk until the cheese melts and the mixture becomes homogeneous.
- Step 8 On a baking sheet lined with parchment for baking, lay out croutons, water them with cheese mixture.
- Step 9 Bake under a grill at 240 C for about 5 minutes.
