Observe the safety precautions. Bathe and tan with the baby in the morning and afternoon hours, leaving the beach or moving under a tight awning when the sun is at its zenith. Be sure to use products with high protection factors, updating them after each visit to the water - the children's skin is very sensitive and can literally burn in five minutes under the scorching sun rays. Before bathing, soak a towel in the water and wipe the baby - so you minimize the risk of a cold caused by acclimatization.

Monitor the menu and drinking mode. You need to drink a child often, this will help to avoid a heat stroke. Stock up cool cool water, unsweetened fruit drinks or diluted vegetable juices.
