Are there prophetic dreams in reality?

It's not the first decade that scientists have been struggling over the question of whether there are real prophetic dreams in reality. But the reality of their science is not proven and not refuted until now. And, nevertheless, the facts are on the face. Many not only great minds made their brilliant discoveries and inventions with prophetic dreams, but also many ordinary people, saw the future, found answers to exciting questions.
Theories about where the prophetic dreams come from.
Conditionally, you can divide them into two groups. To the first, ideas will be somewhat mystical. They are refuted by official science. But, nevertheless, there are many supporters.
So, the first group.

The most controversial in the prosaic realities of today's world. It says that when we sleep, the soul travels to other worlds, spaces and there finds answers to questions, brings news about the future. Indeed, since ancient times people believed that during sleep the soul leaves the body and travels to unknown places and spaces. And now the idea is spread that the soul and the body can be divided, not only during sleep, but also during wakefulness, for example, during meditation.

The second theory, also today challenged by convinced skeptics. It is the idea that some kind of otherworldly forces bring some interesting information during sleep. They are called in different ways, guardian angels, spirits ... They give answers to questions that are acute for a person and warn of upcoming good and bad events.

The second group of theories are those that are more or less recognized by scientists: not only by professional psychologists, but also by physicians who have a very distant relationship to psychology.

The idea that around us there is an information-energy field is widespread. And in this field-space there is information about everything that happened, what is happening and what should happen. And we, as part of this space are connected with it. Accordingly, a prophetic dream is nothing more than information coming into our consciousness from this energy field. But then the question arises: why are not our dreams always prophetic, why do not we know everything that is happening around us, with our loved ones, and what should happen? The fact is that in order to receive information certain conditions must be preserved, the most important of which is our readiness to perceive it. Our consciousness should be open and not "drugged": alcohol, nicotine, drugs, stress, anxiety, etc.

The most common theory is that dreams are needed by the brain not to rest (after all, as we understand that his work continues during sleep), but in order to learn, rework, "understand" all the information that is received and accumulated ... So scientists explain the existence of prophetic dreams. For example, if you are thinking about a problem, and can not come to a decision, then during sleep your brain will not stop solving it. But it will do it differently. He will concentrate only on this problem, osteit all unnecessary and will come to a logical conclusion. No wonder many discoveries and inventions were made "in a dream." In this case, sleep is a way to focus and abstract from unnecessary facts. Physicians also agree that with the help of dreams you can learn about certain diseases shortly before the first signs of their manifestation. There were cases when the future patient for some time before the incident (for example, the detection of serious problems with the liver), talked about his dreams, where he was attacked, and he was stabbed in the liver. But scientists give such facts not a mystical interpretation, but quite scientific explanations. For example, if the body is sick, the cells are already injured and the mechanism of the disease is started, but its effects are not so destructive so that a person can feel the results of the destructive effect. Nevertheless, there is already a signal that a person's brain gets about problems in the body, and during sleep he passes this information. But the problem is that he does not transmit it literally, but is encrypted, in the form of symbols and metaphors: a knife blow to the liver, a blow to the head with a heavy object, a snake biting into the neck, etc.

Another theory, which is related to the two above described, says that there are no such things as dreams. For example, it is not known in advance and it is not predetermined that one or another person should get injured by falling down the stairs. But a close one dreams that something bad happens to him. And after a while, the first one really falls down the stairs. But the dream was not an omen, but merely a signal of the psyche. The one who fell down the stairs, recently experiences a lot because of the work, became distracted, everything does in a hurry. A person close to him noticed changes in behavior and is very worried about him. During sleep, he continues to "think" about the former and suggests that if things go on and on, then a person dear to him can certainly get into an unpleasant situation. Those. on the face of the fact of coincidence. But there is one more thing. If we accept the idea that human thoughts are material (and there is that energy-information field), the second person only aggravated the situation with his fears, constantly warning the former about possible danger. Which did not take long to wait.

So, it turns out that there are two groups of so-called "prophetic dreams". The first include those dreams that do not require "decoding". They see events (bad or good) that should happen in the future. A vivid example, the dreams of Titanic passengers before a catastrophe. Under the influence of such dreams or simply unpleasant premonitions, some people handed over their tickets and remained alive. In relation to such situations, it is most difficult to answer the question whether there are real dreams, because the facts are on face, but to recognize that a person "felt" the future so is not easy ... Such events, perhaps, can explain the first group of theories or the idea of a single energy field.
The second group of dreams is encrypted. They do not solve the most complicated mathematical problems and do not see the impending catastrophe, but there are certain symbols that can be interpreted in one way or another. Psychologists have long been engaged in such dreams. But, unfortunately, the owners of such dreams are not infrequently caught on the bait of swindlers who try to interpret what they saw, without sufficient knowledge and abilities.

To state exactly whether there can be a prophetic dream in reality - as a fact, science is unlikely to be solved in the coming years, and maybe even decades. How many people, so many opinions, so that you only choose, to think, waking up, about what you just saw in a dream, or brush away the night's dreams with your hand and carelessly go to work ...
