Aromatic baths

We do not always welcome the winter warmly: many do not like the cold, sticky snow, piercing the unpleasant wind, the frosty frost, the general state of neigbourhood that we experience during this cold season. In order to protect ourselves from the effects of sub-zero temperatures, we are sometimes forced to wear uncomfortable, multilayered clothes, and therefore our skin is isolated from oxygen, it does not breathe as it should, there is a violation of microcirculation in our body. In addition, often fabric made of artificial materials, cause microtraumas to the skin. Because of all this, the skin begins to peel off, itch, there is excessive dryness and irritation. But do not be sad, because winter - this is the time when we can fully indulge ourselves with various courtship procedures. The most accessible and pleasant is the aromatic bath. Agree, in the 30-degree heat to sink into warm water is not very desirable, but on a winter evening the idea of a bath with your favorite aromatic additives can raise your mood long before the procedure itself begins.

If you are tired for a hard day, then an excellent way to remove the accumulated stress and fatigue will be to take a relaxing warm bath. And if you fill the bath with air foam and add a few drops of aromatic oils, the effect of such a relaxing procedure will be truly stunning. Firstly, when you take aroma baths, you can inhale a whole bunch of various pleasant fragrant scents that have a beneficial effect on your respiratory system no worse than any inhalation. Secondly, aroma oils added to water penetrate the skin better, which means they have a therapeutic and cosmetic effect on our body. For different situations, one should select their aromatic esters.

Before you enter into the use of essential oils, you must remember a number of simple rules on how to apply them. Aroma oils do not dissolve in water, therefore, in order to prepare a bath it is necessary to mix the oil with some emulsifier. As the last, fine or fine-grained salt, honey, low-fat sour cream or milk is perfect. Water for a bath with aromatic oils should be approximately the same as the temperature of the human body (30-40 degrees). Do not make it too hot, because in this case the sweat will form rather intensely, which forms a protective film on the skin, which prevents the penetration of useful essential oils inside. And do not start pouring too much oil into the tub the first time. A few drops are enough. Dosage is better to increase gradually, and then the desired effect will not keep you waiting.

In order to support dry skin, the ideal oils are orange, geranium, jasmine. They soothe irritation and nourish the skin. Oily skin needs essential oils that can narrow the pores: ylang-ylang, lavender, chamomile. Normal skin also requires rest and grooming, and the optimal choice will be: mint oils, roses, lavender and chamomile. The skin will be grateful for the care and will respond with an excellent condition throughout the long cold winter: peeling and itching will pass, fine wrinkles will smooth out, the tone will rise and you will shine with healthy beauty.

If the evening is to be published, then instead of relaxing bath it is worth taking a toning to get cheer up and tune in for fun. Here you can help juniper and rosemary. The body will be filled with energy, and the soul - with glee and anticipation of pleasant events. There are situations when there is no time for water procedures, and to calm nerves, give cheerfulness and cheer up quickly or at work a problem occurs, the solution of which eludes you. There is an excellent solution: a small aroma lamp and a mixture of odors. Perfectly optimizes the thought processes of a mixture of the following essential oils of lemon, mint, lavender. A charge of vivacity will give a mixture of oils of rosemary, grapefruit, mint. Sage and marjoram will help to get rid of irritability.
