Austrian Linzer cookies

1. Mix in a bowl of wheat flour, nuts, cinnamon and salt. Beat the softened butter and sugar powder in another bowl with a mixer. Mix with finely grated lemon zest. Add the mixture of flour in several turns and mix thoroughly. Divide the dough into two parts and press between the layers of waxed paper. Then place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or at night. 2. Sprinkle with flour the working surface. Roll out half the dough to a thickness of 3 mm. 3. Take a cookie cutter without an insert and cut out half of the cookie. 4. Cutter with the insert cut the remaining half of the cookie. 5. Place the cookies on a baking tray and bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then put it on the counter and allow it to cool completely. Prepare cookies from the remaining dough. 6. Pour sugar into the bowl and roll in it cookies with slots. 7. Lubricate the cookies without a slit with jam or jelly and crush the top with a biscuit with a slot.
