1. Place a large baking tray in the oven and heat it to 230 degrees. Finely chop the rosemary. Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, rosemary and black pepper together in a large bowl. 2. Add water and olive oil, stir with a wooden spoon until you get a steep dough. 3. Form a ball from the dough, wrap it in a plastic wrap and let stand for about 30 minutes. Then the dough is divided into 6-8 pieces, depending on the size of your sheets of parchment paper. 4. One by one roll out each piece of dough with a large amount of flour on the work surface in a round shape to the desired thickness. Put the cake on parchment paper. Using a brush, generously grease a cake with olive oil and sprinkle a little sea salt. 5. Put on a hot baking tray and bake for 8-12 minutes until slightly brown. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and break into large pieces. Repeat with the remaining test.
