Make the bases of dessert. For this, mix walnuts and salt in a food processor. Add dates and whip for 15-20 seconds. Add the syrup and whisk until the mixture becomes sticky. Lay out the mixture for dessert. Make a filling for dessert. To do this, chop the cashew nuts in a blender. Add water, syrup and vanilla. Beat the mixture until smooth, about 5 minutes. The mixture should be a thick consistency, similar to a not very liquid dough. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut chips, the rest to the blender to the filling and whisk again. Pour the resulting mass on top of the base of the dessert and spread evenly. Cut the banana into thin slices and lay on top of the dessert. Sprinkle the remaining coconut shavings and serve immediately.
