- cucumbers - 2 pieces (clean and cut)
- carrots - 1 piece (clean and cut)
- cashew nuts - 3 st. spoons (crushed, fry in a frying pan)
- green onion - 12 pieces (leaves)
- coriander - 2 Pinches (cut into)
- wine vinegar - 2 items. spoons (ingredients for sauce)
- sugar - 3 items. spoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
Slightly press the sliced cucumber into a sieve to remove as much liquid as possible. Slice the green onions. Put sliced carrots, cucumbers and onions in a bowl. Stir well all the ingredients. Mix the ingredients for the sauce and pour them a vegetable salad. Sprinkle with crushed cashew and cilantro. You can serve a salad with fried fish or a piece of meat.
