Benatex is a modern contraceptive designed to preserve reproductive functions, acting in two directions: it conducts the prevention of sexual infections and prevents unwanted pregnancies. The results of clinical studies showed that the drug is well tolerated, very rarely (in 2% of cases) there is discomfort, pain, itching. There are no signs of irritating effect on the vaginal mucosa and cervix uteri - erosion, swelling, hyperemia.
Positive reviews:
- Benatex can be bought without a prescription in a pharmacy, it is convenient and easy to use;
- unlike the condom candles (tablets, gel) do not reduce the severity of tactile sensations, "work" as a lubricant with a lack of natural lubrication;
- Benatex is a non-hormonal drug, which means no reduction in libido, weight fluctuations, edema;
- A contraceptive can be used as needed, while hormonal contraceptives must be used according to the scheme;
- the preparation has no unpleasant / sharp smell;
- ability to protect themselves from sexually transmitted infections;
- additional intimate lubrication and moisturizing the vagina.
Negative:
- Benzalkonium chloride is capable of provoking a slight chemical burn in either or both partners - redness, burning, scaling of the skin;
- the vaginal suppositories of Benatex additionally moisturize the vagina, the spermicide flows out and is not absorbed - this creates certain inconveniences for the woman.
