Benatex: composition
Benatex is a vaginal tablet.
- Active substance: benzyldimethyltetradecyl ammonium chloride;
- Excipients: macrogol, adipic / stearic acid, corn starch;
Benatex candles.

- Excipient: Witepsol (solid fat);
Benatex gel.
- Active substance: benzyldimethyltetradecyl ammonium chloride.
- Excipients: purified water, glycerol, macrogol, poloxamer.

Pills
Release the tablet from the contour pack, insert deeply into the vagina for 10-15 minutes before sexual intercourse. The duration of exposure is 3 hours, a single dose of 1 tablet / 1 sexual intercourse. In the case of repeated vaginal contact, a new tablet should be administered. The frequency of use depends on the frequency of acts and the individual tolerability of the active substance of Benatex.
Vaginal suppositories
Release the suppository from the contoured package, lying on your back, insert deeply into the vagina for 5-7 minutes before sexual intercourse. The duration of exposure is 4 hours.
Gel
Enter into the vagina with the help of a dispenser: install the applicator on the end of the tube, completely fill it, detach from the piston. Introduce the gel before the sexual intercourse in the vagina, gently pressing the piston. The duration of exposure is 6-6.5 hours. It is allowed to use Benatex gel together with an intrauterine device, a vaginal diaphragm, a condom.
Indications for use:
- postpartum period, lactation, premenopause;
- the presence of restrictions on the intake of oral contraceptives;
- need for occasional protection from unwanted pregnancy.
Contraindications:
- hypersensitivity to individual components of the drug;
- irritation / expression of the mucous membrane of the vagina and uterus, colpitis.
Side effect
