Soup with oilyat On our site there are many recipes of dishes with mushrooms. Today we are preparing soup with mashed potatoes. This is a very light and fragrant soup, where there is also a useful celery. Any dish with buttermilk has high taste qualities. Oily must be boiled for 15 minutes, and then add to the vegetable broth.
Ingredients:- Mushrooms oil 100 g
- Cilantro fresh 10 g
- Salt 4 g
- Pepper spicy 1 pc.
- Milk 100 ml
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Celery root 200 g
- Olive oil 20 ml
- Step 1 To prepare the cream soup you need to take mushrooms, butter, celery root, onions, carrots, garlic, milk, hot pepper, salt, coriander.
- Step 2 Mushrooms clean, wash under running water. Cut the legs and mushroom caps into pieces. Pour in cold water. Boil with a small onion for 15 minutes. Throw to a colander.
- Step 3 Vegetables (onions, garlic, carrots) to clean, cut into cubes.
- Step 4 Pour the vegetables on olive (any vegetable) oil.
- Step 5 Pour the boiled vegetables with boiled water. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 6 Clean the root of the celery. Cut it into cubes.
- Step 7 Add the celery and mushrooms to the vegetable broth. Salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat.
- Step 8 Boil the milk.
- Step 9 Wash the bitter pepper. Half the pepper thoroughly cleaned of seeds and partitions. Rinse the pepper under running cold water. Cut into small pieces.
- Step 10 Strain the broth from the vegetables. Vegetables with mushrooms are mashed.
- Step 11 Add the broth and hot milk to the mash. Boil.
- Step 12 Add the greens and pepper to the prepared soup. Boil for 3 minutes. Ready to serve soup hot with bread crumbs of bread.
