Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. On the baking tray, put a sheet of foil, put almonds on foil. Bake almonds for about 8-10 minutes, after which we put the nuts in the food processor. Chop the almonds - finely, but not into crumbs. Small pieces of almonds can come across. Mix almonds with flour, we set aside. Cooled to room temperature and slightly softened oil thoroughly mixed with sugar powder. We add the leaves of green tea (if you have large ones - to grind) into the oil mixture, mix thoroughly. The mass should be colored green, and the leaves of tea in bulk should not be practically felt. We pour a mixture of flour and almonds to our green mass. Quickly knead the dough. One minute is enough for you to get a homogeneous and soft enough dough. The resulting dough is divided into approximately 15 parts, from each part we form a ball. Spread our balls on a baking sheet, covered with parchment paper. We put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake for 20-25 minutes (depending on your oven, I bake exactly 22 minutes). Cooked cookies are cooled, sprinkled with powdered sugar and served. Bon Appetit! ;)
