- Asparagus beans - 3 Kilogram
- Butter - 150 grams
- Almonds chopped - 1,5 Cups
- Parmesan grated - - To taste
Asparagus beans are cut into large brusochki (edges cut off), we throw in boiling salted water and cook for about 7 minutes. The boiled string beans should be thoroughly rinsed under running water and thrown back to a colander. Meanwhile, melted butter in a frying pan. We throw almonds. Fry for a few minutes until golden. The oil in the frying pan is filled with our beans. Stir the beans with roasted almonds, if desired, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese - and you can serve! :)
