Heat the grill to a high temperature. In a medium bowl, mix the forcemeat, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Gently stir with a fork. Form 4 cutlets with a diameter of 1 cm and a thickness of 2.5 cm. With your thumb, make a groove in the center of each cutlet. Dampen folded paper towels with oil and grate the grill. Season the patties with salt and pepper. Fry the patties on the grill for 4 to 7 minutes on each side. Put the cheese on the second side 3-4 minutes before cooking. Put the cutlets on rolls (they can also be roasted on a grill) and served with the filling on your own.
