Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Mix with minced meat. Season with salt and mix well. Divide the mixture into 12 parts and roll not too thick cutlets. Put it in the refrigerator until you make the sauce. In a small bowl, mix yogurt, ketchup, seasoning, vinegar, salt and pepper; to put aside. Fry the meatballs in a large frying pan at an average temperature of about 3 minutes on each side. Cover the finished meat with slices of cheese. Gather the cheeseburgers.
