From the resulting curd mass we roll balls of different sizes. The smallest ball is the head. The eyes of the snowman are made of raisins, the nose is made of a piece of apple. Dip the snowman's head in cocoa - this will be his hair. Again, from apples we make hands to the snowman. From the remaining cottage cheese for realism, we make a snowdrift, in which the snowman will stand. Actually, it remains only to collect our snowman.
