Turn on the multivark and select the "Quenching" mode. In the bowl, place finely chopped onions and grated carrots on an average grater. Add 3 tablespoons water and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add to the vegetables finely chopped cabbage, pour half a cup of water and stew for another 15 minutes. Then add to the vegetables a well-washed rice, the remaining water, spices and salt. Stew for 25 minutes (until cooked rice) on the "Plov". After the beep, turn off the multivarker.
