Prepare the sauce: pour the juice into a saucepan, add sugar and semolina. Continuously stirring, bring to a boil. After the juice boils, remove the saucepan from the heat and leave the cream to cool. 6. We put a saucepan with cream in a bowl with cold water and with the help of a mixer we beat it into mousse. 7. We collect the cake: take the cake, if desired, soak it with syrup (for example, from canned peaches), grease with mousse. Lay out a layer of fruit. Cover with a second cork.
