- skimmed milk powder - 1/4 cup
- flour - 2 Art. spoons
- cornstarch - 1 st. a spoon
- sugar - 1 1/2 teaspoons
- salt - 1/8 teaspoons
- butter - 1 1/2 Art. spoons
- white chocolate - 1/4 Cups
Preheat the oven to 110 degrees. Line the baking sheet with baking paper, set aside. In a small bowl, whip 1/4 cup of milk powder, white chocolate, flour, starch, sugar and salt. Add the melted butter and mix well. Put the dough on a prepared baking sheet, forming a biscuit. Bake the biscuits until it is dry and crumbly, from 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Put the cookies in a large bowl. Serve immediately or put in a sealed container and store in a refrigerator until use.
