How not to burn at work

According to statistics, we spend two thirds of our lives at work. What does it mean? Only the fact that modern people live practically in the office. So, sometimes needs a little rest, so as not to burn at work.

For a long time, scientists have assured us that with the development of technology, a person does not have to work so hard. However, we began to work even more. Doctors sound the alarm: people complain too often about fatigue and stress.
And it's understandable: business calls overtake us everywhere - at home, in a restaurant, on a train, yes anywhere. In many countries, we are no longer surprised by a man with laptops on his knees. We always do not have time for five minutes, during which, we could turn off, from work and rest a little. As a result, office people increasingly fall asleep at their workplaces, make a lot of mistakes or replace breaks necessary for the body breaks.

Recently, experts from the University of Pennsylvania conducted a survey of American employees on what they do for a day. It turned out that the lion's share of the day was spent for work. And a little was given to food, a trip from home to office and back and communication. To do it all, you need to take a little sleep.

But man is not iron: once an organism loses a fight and surrenders. Fatigue and sleep overtake him right at work or, even worse, at some responsible meeting.

Office people just can not stand the harsh routine. Thus, 8% of people confess that they often sleep directly in the service, 25% hardly rise in the morning from bed, and 4% a couple of times a month do not wake up at all, skipping for this reason a working day.

A systematic shortfall can lead to the development of cardiovascular diseases. As a result, there is a feeling of exhaustion, increased irritability, a bad mood. All this is a consequence of our lack of sleep. Even short-term daytime sleep significantly improves performance: enough forty minutes of drunk to increase productivity. If you sleep a little longer, then it will be more difficult to wake up, and, accordingly, the positive effect disappears. And falling asleep at lunchtime, the employee is subjected to ridicule and censure. But do not be afraid of the views of colleagues, if you suddenly want to sleep. After all, it's about your health and performance. Today, the fear of employees falling asleep at work has worsened due to fear of being fired.

According to the results of professional research, every fifth office worker plays computer games. However, this reduces the efficiency, because you are trying to pass the level, and then one more and more and more - this is so addictive.

Yesterday, the management of the company was extremely negative about the attempts to drive tea with reference to snacks in the workplace. And it's understandable! However, in England, where this ceremony has long become an important part of culture, office residents believe that tea drinking on a working day will bring them much more benefits than after work. Tea breaks the anger and envy in the relationship, unites the work collective and erases all sorts of barriers between different office employees. No one doubts that joint tea drinking is one of the most necessary and good events of the working day in many companies. Almost 80% of the respondents said that during this ceremony they will learn the latest news about what is happening at work. Tea drinking has become one of the key factors in the evolution of office life in the future.

Moreover, people who constantly work in the perpetual motion mode, go against their biorhythms. And they are such that during the day approximately every two hours the body rests, slowing the perception around itself, and it's a good time for a person to rest without doing anything. If this is not considered, overloads and stresses are unavoidable. Changes in the working regime are vital. So we need to learn how to work properly, and properly rest, without harming your health.
