Mix a packet of softened margarine with 1 glass of sugar, whilst continuing to beat, add 3 eggs, soda vinegar and grated zest from one lemon. Knead the dough, adding 2.5 cups of flour. Bake 2 cakes in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. For cream: 300 grams of softened butter to whip with one jar of condensed milk to a homogeneous, lush, white mass.
