Ingredients:- Potatoes 7 pcs.
- Chicken fillet 2 g
- Eggs quail 5 pcs.
- Canned peas 0.5 bank
- Onion 0.5 pcs.
- Fresh dill 0.5 bunch
- Mayonnaise 300 g
- Sunflower refined oil 200 ml
- Salt 5 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the salad we need: potatoes, canned peas, boiled chicken meat, onions, quail eggs, dill, mayonnaise, salt, refined vegetable oil for frying potatoes.
- Step 2 Pre-boiled chicken fillet cut into small pieces.
- Step 3 Add to the chicken meat canned peas and chopped onions.
- Step 4 Mix the ingredients, season with mayonnaise, add a little salt to taste and mix again.
- Step 5 Peel and wash the potatoes.
