Mix butter with flour. Add a bowl of egg and a third of sugar (about 80 g). We mix it well and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. After an hour we take out the dough from the refrigerator, cut the walnuts finely. The remaining sugar is caramelized over a slow fire until light brown. In the hot sugar caramel we throw chopped nuts. Add honey and cream, mix well, bring to a boil. The dough is divided into two uneven parts. Both thin (somewhere up to 3 mm in thickness) roll out. The part that is larger, put on parchment paper and in a baking dish. Pour the cooled nut-caramel mixture onto the dough. Top with a second sheet of dough. We carefully patch the edges so that caramel is not spilled. We put in the oven - and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Ready cake is slightly cooled, cut and served. Bon Appetit!
