If the dough clings to your hands, add more flour. 3. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Place 2 pieces of dough in the freezer for half an hour, then leave at room temperature for 1 part. 4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix cottage cheese with eggs and sugar in a blender. 5. Put one part of the dough in a greased form. 6. Top with a layer of strawberry jam. 7. Grate 1 part of the frozen dough on a large grater. Pour the curd filling over the grated dough. 8. Grate another portion of the dough on top. Bake the cake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Finished cake to cut into pieces and cool.
