Milk is slightly heated and melt the oil in it. Add yeast, sugar, salt, flour. Knead the dough, not very intensively. Cover with a lid or tighten the film and leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. Both types of cheese rubbed on a grater, add egg to the cheese and stir. We divide the dough into several parts. Alternately thinly roll out, giving the shape of the oval. Cover with a thin layer of cheese, leaving the edge of the dough free. We make from the dough the shape of "boat", cover a piece of cheese with a dough. We beat the yolk and brush the dough with a brush. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake pie in the oven until golden brown, minutes 20-25. Ready peed oiled with melted butter, cut and served to the table, pre-sprinkled with herbs. Bon Appetit!
