A huge carrot The name of the salad speaks for itself - a salad with carrots and in the form of a huge carrot. Salad turns rich, elegant, it is worthy to decorate the festive table! Carrots take a very large, juicy, fresh, pork tongue to cook until cooked in well-salted water, mayonnaise can be used as a buy or homemade, and quail eggs can be replaced with chicken. Delicious salad, I recommend!
Ingredients:- Carrot 1 pc.
- Potatoes 6 pcs.
- Pork tongue 220 g
- Eggs quail 10 pcs.
- Green onions 1 bunch
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Mayonnaise 300 g
- Sunflower refined oil 75 ml
- Sesame white 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Sesame black 0.25 g
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 3 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare a carrot salad we need the following ingredients: boiled pork tongue, potatoes, quail eggs, large carrots, mayonnaise, green onions and parsley, salt, black pepper, white and black sesame, refined sunflower oil.
- Step 2 Boil potatoes, eggs, pig tongue (if you have a raw, I try to always boil in advance, as it is cooked for a long time), we clean them.
- Step 3 Pork tongue is cut into small cubes.
- Step 4 Cut the green onion into thin rings.
- Step 5 Grind the eggs.
- Step 6 Carrots rub on a large grater and fry until soft on sunflower refined oil. Carrots should never be roasted and burned, it should just become soft.
- Step 7 Put the first layer of grated potato on a flat oval dish. Water the potato layer with mayonnaise, add some salt, pepper.
- Step 8 Lay the second layer of sliced green onions.
- Step 9 Pour the onion with mayonnaise, lay on it a layer of sliced pig tongue.
- Step 10 Water with maoynez, also a little pepper.
- Step 11 The next layer is the crushed eggs, and on them we spread the cooled fried carrots (trying to leave the oil in the frying pan), we form the "carrot" so that the carrot layer evenly covers the salad.
- Step 12 Sprinkle the salad with white and black sesame, make a rosette of carrot leaves from half a bunch of parsley and, letting the salad brew for about 1 hour, we serve to the table!
