This salad is "strengthened" with nutritious squid, bright fresh carrots and juicy cucumber. All very useful and perfectly combined with each other. Concerning the use of seafood in a post-controversial issue, which boils down to two polar opinions. Therefore, to add squid to the salad or not during fasting is a very individual matter. The ratio of products can be adjusted to your taste. Sea kale, especially purchased for weight, it is desirable to rinse under running water.
Ingredients:- Sea kale 200 g
- Cucumber 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Squid 100 g
- Sunflower refined oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 Prepare sea kale, thawed squid carcass, cleaned fresh carrots, finely chopped fresh cucumber and vegetable oil.
- Step 2 Wash the sea kale, drain it and place in a bowl.
- Step 3 Add the crushed cucumber.
- Step 4 Put the carrots and boiled squid carcass (boiled for 2 minutes in boiling salted water), cut into strips on a large grater.
- Step 5 Add the vegetable oil. Mix. Try the taste if you need to add salt and a little lemon juice. Salad ready!
