WHAT DO YOU NEED:


2 chicken breasts
• 100 g of gooseberry
• 100 g of blackcurrant
• 200 ml cream with 20% fat content
• 2.5 tbsp. l. Sahara
• 2.5 tbsp. l. flour
• vegetable oil for frying
• salt, pepper to taste

WHAT TO DO:

1. Cut each berry of gooseberries in half, cut the currant slightly. Add sugar and 2 tbsp. l. water. Stirring, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cream and cook for 3 more minutes.
