- honey - 4 Art. spoons
- orange candied fruits - 4 Pieces (long)
- figs or prunes - 8 pieces
- orange peel - 1 st. a spoon
- cheese "Ricotta" or ordinary cottage cheese - 5.5 Cups
- fatty cream - 2 Art. spoons
- water - 1/2 cup
- leaf mint - 2-3 pieces
1. In a medium-sized saucepan, mix honey and water, add the candied fruits and boil this mixture over medium heat for 2 minutes until honey dissolves. 2. Leave the mixture on a very slow fire for another 5 minutes until the syrup boils and becomes thicker. 3. Remove the saucepan from the heat, gently put figs in it and pour hot syrup. Beat cream and cottage cheese with a mixer until smooth. 5. To spread out the curd mass in four glasses, put in each 2 figs and 2 candied candied sticks and pour the remaining syrup. Serve immediately, decorating with a sprig of mint.
