Festive chocolate cake Chocolate and bananas have long been an example of harmony of taste, and this combination is widely used to create desserts, cakes and cakes. In this chocolate banana cake, the banana is not subjected to hot temperature treatment, on the contrary, due to its positioning in the refrigerator, it acquires the quality of ice cream with banana flavor in a delicate chocolate cream. Cake is better to begin to prepare the day before since the evening, since it should stand in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. To reduce the cooking time, ready-made sponge cakes, wafer rolls and industrial glaze are used, but if there is a desire, all this can be cooked at home.
Ingredients:- Milk 1 l
- Butter 350 g
- Cocoa powder 5 tbsp. l.
- Potato starch 5 tbsp. l.
- Wheat flour 5 tbsp. l.
- Sugar, vanilla 15 g
- Sugar 300 g
- Wafer tubes 400 g
- Chocolate glaze 200 g
- Bananas 6 pcs.
- Berry jam 200 g
- Biscuit dark biscuits 3 pcs.
- Condensed milk 2 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 Prepare the cake products: chocolate sponge cakes, jam, wafer rolls, glaze, bananas; for custard: milk, flour and starch, sugar, cocoa and butter.
- Step 2 Let's start with the preparation of the cream. In the milk, dissolve the usual and vanilla sugar, sift the flour, cocoa, starch, into the milk and mix everything. Put the milk on the fire and heat the mass, stirring continuously.
- Step 3 When thickening the mass, the fire should be reduced, and the cream should be stirred quickly and intensively. Cream to bring to a boil and consistency of very thick porridge. Turn off the stove and stir for another 3-4 minutes. Cream completely cool, stirring occasionally. You can put the pan in cold water and periodically change it.
- Step 4 Put one cake in the mold from under the cake and surround it with wafer tubules. You can take a detachable shape, suitable in size: the gap between the cake and the border - at least 1 cm to put the tubes. Lubricate the cake and the inside of the tubes with jam.
- Step 5 Beat the butter, softened at room temperature.
- Step 6 In butter, gradually add the cooled custard, continuously whisking until a lush, uniform creamy mass is obtained.
- Step 7 Put a piece of cream 10-13 mm thick on a jam-smeared cake. On a cream on a circle to put bananas, an external circle - whole, internal - cut on slices. If desired, you can put bananas densely or with free space between them. Depending on the size it takes 6-8 bananas.
- Step 8 Cover the bananas with cream on top, filling and the space between them. Leave a small amount of cream on another cake, which cover the cream on top.
- Step 9 Grease the second cake with jam and cover with cream.
- Step 10 Prepare the icing from the dark chocolate: in the package, immerse it in hot water, heat to a temperature of 75 ° C. Hold the bag in water until the icing becomes liquid.
- Step 11 Cover the cake with the last cake, pour over the icing on it. On hot glaze to put circles of the condensed milk, with the help of a toothpick to draw lines from the center to the edges, giving the picture a kind of spider web. Press the tubes tightly to the cake and put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours. Before feeding scissors cut the shape and remove it.
