If the cucumbers are old, then their skin is also cut. We rub the peeled Jerusalem artichoke, carrots and cucumber on a vegetable or a grater, as you like. I rub it on small brusochki. Mix cucumbers, carrots and Jerusalem artichoke in a salad bowl. There also add the green canned peas. We fill with olive oil or sour cream. Stir - and that's all, Jerusalem artichoke with carrots ready!
