Pancakes with a filling According to William Pokhlebkin, pancakes are one of the oldest products of Russian cuisine, which appeared before the 9th century in pagan times. This is almost the most economical meal for which minimum flour is required at maximum liquid. Despite the fact that the history of pancakes goes far into antiquity, it is quite possible to cook this dish in an unusual form and surprise the guests.
Ingredients:- Milk 500 ml
- Wheat Flour 175 g
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l.
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Orange 1 pc.
- Milk chocolate 100 g
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Step 1 For banana-chocolate paste, take bananas, orange, chocolate and salt.
- Step 2 Squeeze the juice out of the orange.
- Step 3 Rinse the bananas in the mashed potatoes.
- Step 4 In a banana puree, add orange juice, a pinch of salt and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Step 5 Add chocolate to the pan, broken into pieces, and stir until the chocolate dissolves.
- Step 6 Remove from heat, cool and pour into a jar. This jam can be stored for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
- Step 7 For pancakes, take milk, eggs, flour and cocoa.
- Step 8 Whisk the eggs. We pour a little milk.
- Step 9 Then we sieve a little flour, stirring the dough.
- Step 10 Alternately add milk and flour until a homogeneous liquid test is obtained.
- Step 11 Separate 1/3 of the test in another bowl and add cocoa into it. If it turned out densely, dilute with milk.
- Step 12 Lubricate the heated frying pan with oil, distribute the "white" dough in the standard way, then draw the "black" test different patterns. Turn the pancake after the appearance of "points" and fry on the other side for a minute.
- Step 13 It is most convenient to draw with a pastry from a pastry syringe.
- Step 14 Finished pancakes are smeared with banana-chocolate paste and served warm for tea.
