Choose a sport for an active child

Swimming classes are suitable not only for the active child, but also for the shy. Loads that during the swim experience the respiratory and cardiovascular systems of the body are very useful for its development. It is useful to practice swimming during rehabilitation after fractures, with diseases of the spine. Children with limited motor abilities feel great in water. Swimming calms the nervous system and develops muscles. However, if you want a child to have a beautiful figure, serious swimming is best left to the boys. Girls should choose artistic gymnastics.

Girls will really enjoy doing sports ballroom dancing. Dancing develops a good posture, flexibility, there is a sense of rhythm. Dancers learn to be receptive to the mood of a dancing partner, and subsequently to the mood of close people. It's interesting to dance and some boys. If you have a creative child who also likes to compete, feel free to give it to the dance.
