- banana - 1 piece (frozen)
- soy milk - 1/2 cups (vanilla)
- yoghurt - 1 cup (vanilla)
- honey - 1.5 teaspoons
- flour 1,5 Teaspoons (coarse ground)
- frozen blueberries - 2/3 Cups
Banana unfrozen within 15 minutes, cut and placed in a blender along with milk, honey, flour, yoghurt. Turn the blender on low speed and bring it to a homogeneous mass (about 5 seconds). Add gradually the bilberries and continue to mix. Once all the berries are added, increase the speed and bring to the desired consistency.
