Cocktail "Heavenly blueberry"

Banana unfrozen within 15 minutes, cut and placed in a blender with milk, me Ingredients:

• banana - 1 piece (frozen)
• soy milk - 1/2 cups (vanilla)
• yoghurt - 1 cup (vanilla)
• honey - 1.5 teaspoons
• flour 1,5 Teaspoons (coarse ground)
• frozen blueberries - 2/3 Cups

Instructions

Banana unfrozen within 15 minutes, cut and placed in a blender along with milk, honey, flour, yoghurt. Turn the blender on low speed and bring it to a homogeneous mass (about 5 seconds). Add gradually the bilberries and continue to mix. Once all the berries are added, increase the speed and bring to the desired consistency.
