- butter - 150 grams (or margarine)
- sugar - 100 Grams
- Vanilla Sugar - 2 Teaspoons
- eggs - 2 pieces
- baking powder - 2 teaspoons (or 1 tsp of hydrated soda)
- flour - 300-350 grams
- chocolate - 300 grams (bitter or milky)
Oil grind with plain and vanilla sugar. Smash eggs, mix well. Add the flour and baking powder. Knead the dough. Lubricate the baking dish or paper. Carefully lay out the dough and smoothen. Place paper for baking on top of the dough. Cover beans and peas, smooth. Place in an oven heated to 180 C, bake for 20 minutes. Melt the chocolate with a water bath. Remove everything on top of the cake, fill with chocolate and smooth. Remove the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, then cut into squares.
