In a deep bowl, we mix the butter of room temperature, grated orange peel, freshly squeezed orange juice (1/3 cup), sugar and yolks (separated from proteins!). Mix everything with a mixer until the mixture thickens. Then, in a homogeneous mass, add the flour and baking powder and mix everything neatly with a spoon. Add the milk and mix. In a separate bowl, whip the proteins and add them to the mixture. All carefully knead. The mixture is put into a baking dish, oiled inside. Form with the mixture put in a larger form filled with water. Water should reach half the pudding. And put the bake in a preheated to 170 degrees oven for 50-55 minutes. After the pudding is covered with a golden crust, sprinkle it with sugar powder and let it brew to cool it.
