- Cod fillets without skin - 4 pieces
- rice vinegar - 3 Art. spoons
- soy sauce - 2 items. spoons
- finely grated peeled ginger - 2 items. spoons
- Salt and ground pepper - - To taste
- green onions - 6 pieces
In a large frying pan mix 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons finely grated ginger. Season the cod fillets on both sides with salt and ground pepper, put the fish in a frying pan in the vinegar mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and cook until the fish is ready, from 6 to 8 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the green onions 7 cm long, and then cut them along. Lay the chopped onion over the cod fillets. Fry for about 2 minutes.
