- Mixtures of cereals and herbs. Take equal parts of fruits and leaves of cranberries, plantain, leaves and berries of wild strawberries, marigold flowers, chamomile flowers, weedweed grass, cinnamon dogrose, seed of oats. Grind all this in a coffee grinder and brew in a thermos, calculating 1 tbsp. such a mixture for 1 cup of boiling water. Let it take 1 hour, strain. Take 3 times a day, one third of the glass.
- Another recipe for such a mixture: take the grass with a bluish blackberry, weed grass swamp and lungwort, leaves of common cowberry and seed sowing seeds, there add shoots and fruits of bilberry, berries of cinnamon dogrose, leaves of wild strawberry, raisins without pits and grass of motherwort. This mixture should be taken and cooked in the same way as the above-described recipe.
Diuretic fruits and vegetables
If you reasonably use natural diuretics, then the effect of them will be long in time and there are no side effects. - One of the famous recipes, which is even in the saying is honey with cranberries. This must be eaten. Also useful cranberry with sugar, 1 tbsp. l. after eating 2-3 times a day.
- Chokeberry ashberry. All useful properties persist be it juice from berries of mountain ash or jam. Dosage - 3 times a day for one tablespoon.
- Irga. Just eat these berries in fresh from frozen form, or make juice from them. Dosage - one third of the glass.
- Blackberry. The broth is made of these berries. It is recommended to take 3 times a day for a third of a glass.
- Green bean. Take the bean leaves, chop, then 2 tbsp. spoon, pour 300 ml of water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes on a small fire. One of the variants of diuretic from string bean is soup.
- Decoction from the seeds of sowing oats. With four glasses of water, pour 1 tbsp. l. seeds of this cereal, and cook for 3.5 hours on a small fire, stirring occasionally. Then cool and wipe this mass through a sieve or use a blender, strain the resulting mixture through a fine colander.
