Complex of exercises for the baby "It's time to stand on the legs"

Age restrictions - starting the exercise is not earlier than seven or eight months, some even later (notes are available).

"Hold on and get up"

Put the roller on a hard surface, preferably on the floor, covered with carpet, so that when you get up, the child feels under the feet of the support. Kid the baby, you sit on your knees in front of him and firmly hold both hands with your hips.

Tilt the child slowly back and carefully follow his efforts to keep on the platen and in the vertical position. The child during these attempts leans forward, pulls out the handles for equilibrium and actively strains the abdominal muscles.

Feeling that the strength of the baby at the limit, pull it forward so that the child leans now on his feet. Help him to stand on them and straighten up.

Praise the baby and after a short break, repeat the exercise again.

The most important thing in this exercise is the effort at tilting back and trying to rise.

"Get the Bell"

On the floor, where you usually allow to crawl to the child, put an ordinary chair or stool. Prepare also some rattle, even better a bell.

Your first task is to make the child crawl to the chair. To do this, always talk to him, ring it with a bell and make the child crawl in the direction of the sound.

When the baby is very close, call already above the chair and force the child to lean on the handles from him so that with the help of a chair the child can stand up, aiming for the bell.

When he does, place the bell on the edge of the chair to secure the child's desire to reach the goal.

So, the kid is standing alone. Usually this is achieved by the tenth-month-old.

After mastering this skill, do not exclude for a while this exercise from training with the child. It helps to strengthen the muscles and improve the skills of recovery.

We walk behind the stroller

For exercise, you need a toy wheelchair for dolls.

Put the child in front of the stroller and show how you need to keep both arms by the handle of the stroller. To give him courage, put your palms on his arms and push the carriage forward.

At first the child will bend down after the rolling carriage, but at a certain moment he will be forced to make a step, then the next, etc.

For beginners, this is a very difficult thing, because some people are afraid of it. To reduce the sense of fear, you need to constantly encourage the baby, to praise.

If the child begins to cry, stop the training. You have to wait a day or two before you try again, and at this time do other exercises.

Wand sticks

Prepare two wooden sticks. Keep the child in front of the chopsticks about 3 cm apart and make him grab them. Let the child's pen touch your palms. Start slowly rearranging the sticks.

Your palms and sticks serve as a good support, and the baby steps forward with fuses without protest.

As you master this exercise, release the child's hands from your palms and hold the sticks higher. This small change gives the child a sense of self-reliance and self-confidence.

Walking with a hoop

Take a plastic or wooden hoop. Keep it so that the other side is the child, and on the other - you.

Maneuvering the hoop, force the child to walk around him forward, backwards, to execute the slopes.

This exercise is more complex than walking behind the chopsticks, and gives the opportunity for intensive training.

Walking in difficult conditions

Most babies begin to walk independently at the end of their first year of life. Their walk is still awkward, leading the child to frequent falls. After his long "travels" he becomes very tired, becomes a capricious person.

You must prepare the baby for the fact that on his way there may be obstacles that he must learn to overcome. Pillows, steps and other barriers can not always be avoided. Some children try to solve these problems on their own, others feel helpless and call for help.

It is necessary to train the child to independently leave such situations. This is best done in conditions of artificially organized difficulties.

"Step over the barrier"

Between the two stools, pull the lace at the height of the child's knees. Standing against the child behind the barrier, encourage him to overcome it.

Exercise is possible, if there is a support for the hands. For example, a child can hold on to the furniture with a hand.

Up and down the stairs

Steps and all sorts of forms similar to them - this is one of the obstacles that greatly complicates the child's freedom of movement.

In thirteen-fourteen months, be sure to start walking on the steps, supporting the child. Give him the opportunity to climb on them quadruples. These two forms of movement will be useful to the child under various circumstances.

Crawling on the steps on all fours does not delay the pace of normalcy on them.

The child very skillfully uses his own experience, and the reflex of self-preservation allows him to assess the possibility and choose a convenient way to overcome the obstacle.

Of the two forms of motion, crawling is often chosen. It is important that the child learns to help himself and choose his own way of moving.

The child does not crawl when climbing on the step and at the descent from them, and selects something intermediate between crawling and normal walking, that is, walking on a support rail.

To complex movements include lifting and descending the stairs.

The corresponding training can be conducted at the thirteenth-fourteenth month. Training on the steps requires the child a certain dexterity.

During the exercise, protect the child from falling.

You can think that you have succeeded if the child with each occupation rises higher and is not paralyzed by fear at the thought of descending down.
